Yesterday the propel students did a research activity that was sort of like a competition between groups about knowledge and researching of course. we had to do things like tying a jig line on a fishing rod, speaking different languages and having to go say something to another teacher who could understand it, things about information and even tuning a guitar for a specific song. The group with the most completed categories won a prize which were Tim-bits from Tim Horton's.
Researching how to do things that I couldn't do from my own knowledge helped me to better understand how much easier it will be for me when I do my independent project when researching and when I need help with measurements and how many materials I need for it. An idea I have for my first project is building a playhouse where I can paint and doodle inside and out of it, where I can express all my ideas onto a playhouse wall. kind of like my own little art studio where I can go when I have the urge to just doodle anywhere I want.
